Job summary

PMA Consultants LLC is seeking a Program Scheduler to manage complex program schedules and provide advanced analysis and reporting. You will work with both internal stakeholders and client teams, requiring hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in project scheduling. The role also requires the ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate closely with project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in project scheduling and controls.
• Experience analyzing contractors' schedules.
• Understanding of construction lifecycles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and updates of project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track progress against baseline schedules and analyze variances.
• Conduct risk identification and recommend corrective actions.
