The position carries responsibility for staffing, performance reviews, and advancing care improvements in a collaborative, inclusive environment. The ideal candidate is an MD/DO with residency and board certification; CO license and KPCO

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with residency completed; Board certification preferred.
• Colorado state license (unrestricted) and credentialed by KPCO.
• MBA/MHA/MPH is preferred for leadership roles.
• Meets CP MG performance standards for quality, service, access, coding and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Lead local delivery of care in CP MG with KP dyad partner.
• Foster inclusion, development, and performance feedback within the department.
• Oversee staffing, schedules, and clinic operations to meet patient demand.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive quality, safety, and operational excellence.
• Develop future leaders and succession plans with HR.
