Job summary

Detroit Defense Inc. seeks a Pricing Specialist to develop competitive, compliant pricing for U.S. Government contracts and task orders. You will assemble labor, material, travel, subcontracts, and other direct costs, and build pricing that meets solicitation requirements and target margins.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with FAR/DFARS, and the ability to deliver detailed cost narratives and support during audits and bid reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience pricing U.S. Government solicitations and cost/price analysis.
• Experience drafting pricing proposals and responding to cost evaluation notices.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing for US Government solicitations including IDIQ/BPA vehicles.
• Prepare cost narratives and supporting cost volumes.
• Ensure pricing aligns with FAR/DFARS and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Capture, Proposals, and Subcontracts teams.
• Maintain pricing models with indirect rate structures (fringe/overhead/G&A).
• Support audits and responses to ENs and inquiries.
