Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings, a Westlake division, is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to independently manage complex pricing across product lines and regions and to support SAP S/4HANA initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, Product Management, Operations, and other partners to ensure pricing accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, pricing operations, financial analysis, commercial operations, or related field.
• Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments, including pricing execution and condition-record maintenance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, system transitions, stabilization efforts, or operational process improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex daily pricing activities across multiple product lines, business segments, and regions.
• Manage and maintain customer pricing, price lists, rebates, contracts, condition records, and other pricing data within SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Analyze complex pricing requests, quotations, bids, profitability impacts, and pricing exceptions while ensuring alignment with policies and direction.
• Serve as escalation point and subject matter resource for pricing issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis of pricing discrepancies and resolve recurring issues.
• Support S/4HANA transition, stabilization, and optimization activities including pricing validation and data accuracy reviews.
