Job summary

Hanwha Defense USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager of Pricing & Cost Estimation to oversee proposal pricing, cost estimation, and development of cost volumes.

The role requires proactive leadership, collaboration with leadership and program management, and a focus on accurate, compliant pricing for complex defense proposals. The ideal candidate will lead a team, develop pricing strategies, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/TINA, and provide data driven insights to drive business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in Aerospace and Defense (A&D).
• Experience with cost/price analysis, should-cost modeling, parametric estimating, and complex BOE development.
• Experience with CAS indirect rate structures and government audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of complex proposals and support negotiations for data driven insights.
• Review RFPs/SOWs to develop pricing structure and identify pricing concerns.
• Develop cost/price volumes in compliance with RFPs and pricing policies.
• Provide pricing, BOEs, cost estimation, cash flows, and profitability analysis in support of proposals.
• Mentor and lead proposal team and analysts through the proposal process.
