Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a pricing administrator to manage product costing and pricing data, generate price calendars and cost files, and reconcile pricing variances. The role involves data entry, validation, and collaboration with the Shared Services Pricing Team to keep pricing accurate and up-to-date.

The position supports daily to monthly pricing activities and may include additional duties as assigned; candidates may have a bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of related experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining accurate up-to-date product costing and pricing models and generating and communicating price calendars and cost files
• Conducts data entry, validation and reconciliation of pricing data for the Shared Services Pricing Team
• Generate and communicate price calendars/cost files, review existing and upcoming pricing and initiate updates
• Reconcile cost, promotion, and depletion variances, update pricing system and conduct item maintenance for new and existing products
• Address daily/weekly/monthly pricing inquiries and opportunities
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
