Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, finance, or commercial operations; healthcare/medical technology is a plus.
• Track record of turning analysis into field execution and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day deal support and fast Gross Margin Calculator (GMC) turnaround, analyzing deal economics and price/volume tradeoffs.
• Prepare materials, analyses, and recommendations for the recurring Pricing Committee, in partnership with the Pricing Manager.
• Help maintain, improve, and operate pricing tools, models, and processes for the business.
• Serve as a dedicated owner for operationalizing pricing initiatives, translating pricing strategy into actionable field actions.
• Identify opportunities to maximize pricing methodology and price realization; measure outcomes against goals.
• Engage Sales and Marketing to drive adoption, execution, and accountability on pricing actions.
