Job summary

Maritz is seeking a Creative Presale Manager to drive messaging strategy and project leadership for presentation responses that highlight our services and value. You will translate client insights into compelling themes, partner with Marketing Designers, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver polished, persuasive proposals.

The role also supports Growth Marketing initiatives and internal programs, requiring a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
• 7+ years of experience in related professional field; PM role dealing with services preferred.
• Strong understanding of Maritz Business Events Solutions products, services, operations and approach.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to work under short deadlines.
• Professional written and oral communications skills with proven ability to present strategic recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• 80% PRESALE MESSAGING STRATEGY & PROJECT MANAGEMENT: identify a dynamic agenda flow and write/edit standout messaging for presentation-stage responses.
• Conduct research from the proposal stage and translate insights into sharp themes and storylines to win new client business.
• Bridge between messaging and how we bring it to life; partner with Marketing Designer team for the presentation response.
• Dream up presentation elements that create moments of distinction and lasting impression.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and assets; keep team connected through execution and debrief.
• 20% MARKETING SUPPORT: shape sales enablement around the value of our products and services; create stories and assets.
