Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong understanding of Maritz Business Events Solutions products and services.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to work under short deadlines.
• Professional written and oral communication with ability to present strategic recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• 80% PRESALE MESSAGING STRATEGY & PROJECT MANAGEMENT: write/edit standout messaging for presentation responses and coordinate timelines and assets.
• Research from proposal stage and translate insights into themes and storylines to win new business.
• Bridge between messaging and how it comes to life; partner with Marketing Designers on presentation visuals.
• Dream up presentation elements that create moments of distinction and lasting impression.
• Lead team calls, manage timelines and deliverables, and organize presentation assets.
• Coordinate multimedia, presentation materials and final delivery details for successful execution.
• 20% MARKETING SUPPORT: shape sales enablement content and write assets for internal/external use.
• Develop and evolve case studies, product overviews, email campaigns, and capabilities decks.
• Partner with Marketing Designers to keep materials current and aligned.
