• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, schedule, budget, and resources; collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to set goals.
• Design Development: Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed designs, floor plans, elevations, and design documents; apply value engineering to optimize solutions and costs.
• Procurement and Contracting: Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services; issue Purchase Orders and Subcontracts; manage submittals.
• Develop Budgets and Work Breakdown Structure: Break down work into zones aligned with the project plan; create budgets matched to zone estimates; monitor progress in BIM, Prefab, and Field.
• Onboarding and Insurances: Oversee onboarding requirements such as drug testing, background checks; manage qualification administration; handle OCIP/CCIP.
• Risk Management: Identify risks; develop mitigation strategies; plan contingencies for design changes, shortages, weather delays, and regulatory changes.
• Customer Coordination and Communication: Maintain robust interaction with the customer; ensure alignment of goals and clear communication.
