Job summary

Harris is seeking a Preconstruction Engineering Associate to lead engineering activities that improve project delivery. You will strategize between design and construction, driving expert input with owners, contractors and teams across Harris locations.

Expect to develop and implement Precon processes, expand best practices, and champion proactive communication to manage risks, budgets, and schedules while delivering high-quality results.

• Strategize, initiate, and influence outcomes for preconstruction between design and engineering, and construction operations.
