Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry knowledge of mechanical and plumbing.
• 6+ years of knowledge of corporate estimating strategies and techniques.
• 8+ years proficient understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• 6+ years previous experience delivering pre-construction engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct preconstruction engineering activities to improve project delivery.
• Manage preconstruction engineering activities including scheduling and estimating.
• Ensure effective communication across project stakeholders.
• Document, train, and mentor design team members regarding preconstruction services.
