Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry knowledge in mechanical and plumbing.
• 4+ years knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating and construction contracts.
• 6+ years proficient understanding of engineering techniques and equipment.
• 4+ years success in delivering pre-construction engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage preconstruction engineering activities to improve project delivery.
• Coordinate activities around preconstruction engineering for assigned projects.
• Prepare presentations and reports on preconstruction activities.
• Support project managers throughout the build phase on precon elements.
