Job summary

PacifiCorp is seeking a highly analytical Net Power Cost Analyst to support the CFO's Net Power Cost team in Portland. You will analyze production cost data, build and update models, and prepare regulatory filings with clear, management-facing insights.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will gather inputs, run simulations, defend filings, and present alternatives to senior leadership. This full-time, on-site role includes a robust benefits package and opportunities to grow within the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of three years of related analytical work experience.
• Understanding of utility economics and regulatory rules.
• Ability to independently perform analysis and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare net power cost regulatory filings, including general rate cases and related mechanisms.
• Prepare and analyze production cost model simulations.
• Assist in production cost model maintenance and data updates.
• Analyze impact of modeling input changes and support management decisions.
• Provide project management support on NPC filings and process improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent modeling practices.
• Assist in responses to discovery requests.
• Support net power cost initiatives across departments.
• Contribute to preparing regulatory filings, testimony, and exhibits under supervision.
• Present analysis and recommendations to department management.
