Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics, business, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
• Approximately 6+ years of relevant experience in portfolio management, FP&A, corporate finance, risk management, strategy, investment analysis, business analytics, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce monthly data collection, validation, analysis, and preparation of the leadership update.
• Compile standardized financial, operational, commercial, and other key performance metrics across portfolio companies.
• Work with company and functional teams to understand material changes in performance and the drivers behind reported results.
• Identify significant variances, trends, outliers, and developments requiring additional attention.
• Develop concise commentary that highlights key takeaways and provides context around company and portfolio performance.
