Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Senior Strategy and Performance Consultant to lead IPPM and Technology Governance for Customer Energy Technology Solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional planning, governance forums, and performance reporting to enable data-driven decisions.

Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field with 6+ years in strategy and performance; strong analytical skills, Power BI, and stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least six years related experience in strategy and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision capability.
• Experience communicating strategic messages to diverse audiences.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and supportive technology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional planning, governance forums, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead IPPM and Technology Governance processes including portfolio reviews and intake.
• Define goals, performance measures, and implementation plans.
• Develop strategic communications and dashboards for leadership.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to improve alignment with objectives.
