Job summary

Relay Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Associate/Associate Director of Portfolio and Strategy Operations to ensure flawless operation of activities for a first-in-class program as it moves through clinical development. You will report to the Director of Portfolio Strategy and Operations and collaborate with Medical, Clinical Operations, and Pharmaceutical Development teams, plus leadership.

You will help translate complex problems into structured options, develop timelines, and craft narratives

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management consulting, operations, program management and executive communication.
• Science or management consulting background.
• Open and candid communicator with strong EQ and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program timelines across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate matrixed discussions to drive program progression and alignment.
• Update processes and steer content for leadership and external meetings.
• Tell compelling stories with clear narratives, visuals, and messaging for executives.
• Maintain the long-range strategic plan in collaboration with the project team.
