Qualifications

• 7+ years in managed services or program management within healthcare technology.
• Experience managing complex customer portfolios with multiple services or programs.
• Demonstrated ability to define program strategy and drive improvements across multiple service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers comprised of multiple managed service offerings.
• Oversee Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Oversee performance and health of Access Intelligence Platform programs.
• Drive strategic direction for Access Intelligence Platform initiatives.
• Lead Foundation Building processes for new Managed Services customers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and governance across cross-functional teams.
