Job summary

Encore-Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager II in Fort Worth, TX, to bridge clients, credit, and underwriting. You will analyze cash flows, spreads, and projections, and produce credit memos while coordinating with Relationship Managers from first client contact.

You will review documents, monitor asset quality, and partner with Credit Analysts to drive sound credit decisions that keep deals moving forward.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Portfolio Management or related credit analysis role.
• Strong ability to analyze cash flows, financial statements and risk factors.
• Proficient with Excel and loan documentation review.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers on client conversations and gather high level details.
• Spread financials in Excel templates and prepare full credit memos for credits.
• Review loan packages and coordinate information with Credit Underwriting.
• Prepare and monitor risk ratings and asset quality across the portfolio.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients, RM, and senior leadership.
