Job summary

Corient is seeking a Portfolio Implementation Intern for summer 2027 in Chicago or Dallas. The intern will support the Portfolio Management Team in driving adoption of the Corient Investment Platform and gain exposure to traditional and alternative investments.

The role requires a rising senior with finance/economics/math studies, strong analytical skills, and Excel proficiency. Onsite 4 days per week; pay is $37.50 per hour and non-exempt under IL law.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior by the summer of 2027.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated coursework or experience in finance, economics, or mathematics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the broader Portfolio Management Team in driving adoption of the centralized Corient Investment Platform to achieve optimal investment outcomes for clients
• Gain exposure to all facets of the Traditional and Alternative investments teams and their products/solutions
• Build investment acumen and knowledge base of Corient's suite of solutions
• Assist with running data analytics on various investment strategies
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials related to client and advisor education of the centralized Corient Investment Platform
• Assist with analyzing client portfolios and running transition plans
