Elevance Health seeks a Portfolio Director to oversee financial governance, planning, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and executive reporting across the FEP portfolio and other initiatives. You will partner with Technology Directors, Portfolio Management, Finance, HR, Procurement, and leadership to ensure accurate financial planning and funding alignment for a multi-million-dollar portfolio.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in organizing a series of large-size projects into a single portfolio, multiple technical and business disciplines, planning and designing large complex project portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of annual and multi-year technology budgets; monitor spend and forecast variances.
• Manage staffing requests, workforce planning, and funding decisions in partnership with leadership.
• Serve as financial lead for the FEP technology portfolio with executive reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate budget planning across multiple technology organizations and ensure funding aligns with priorities.
• Develop and present Monthly Financial Reviews for senior leadership with data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise financial policies and governance standards.
• Monitor vendor funding and contract finances; support strategic technology relationships.
• Leverage AI-enabled analytics and modern platforms for reporting and forecasting.
