Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• At least 8 years of Project Management experience.
• MBA preferred and highly advantageous; PMP/Lean/Agile or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Portfolio Strategy: Lead delivery of a highly complex portfolio and coordinate EPTech ETB creation and execution.
• Drive Portfolio Automation: Leverage AI and tooling to automate portfolio processes and optimize reporting.
• Manage Roadmaps, Intake & Capacity: Define intake processes and facilitate prioritization and capacity planning.
• Mitigate Technology Risk: Proactively manage risks and ensure security/compliance in the delivery lifecycle.
• Establish Governance: Ensure robust portfolio governance and cross-workstream alignment through PI planning readouts.
• Align Execution with Intent: Ensure portfolio initiatives align with business intent via OKR reviews.
• Act as a Thought Partner: Collaborate with executive sponsors and cross-functional leaders to drive value-driven delivery.
• Influence at Scale: Communicate with senior stakeholders on portfolio health and prioritization tradeoffs.
• Optimize Frameworks: Implement Lean/Agile portfolio management for transparency across workstreams.
