• Integrate financial, operational, programmatic, and portfolio data to identify trends, assess performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Analyze complex business and portfolio information to support strategic planning, resource allocation, prioritization, and leadership decision-making.
• Support the alignment of RTI technologies, programs, and initiatives with Army modernization priorities and strategic objectives.
