Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a project engineering role within an Agile or software development environment, including interacting with clients.
• Experience creating presentations using software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
• Ability to analyze and problem-solve to identify and drive process improvements.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple ad hoc tasks effectively with minimal supervision, and manage complex projects from inception to completion.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of the program's day-to-day operations within the PMO.
• Develop concise, clear PowerPoint presentations for internal teams and clients to communicate project status and analyses.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization within project workflows.
• Collect and analyze project data to create reports, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
• Facilitate client weekly status meetings and communicate risks and issues to leadership.
