Job summary

The PMO Manager will develop project plans, oversee execution, and drive process improvements across business units, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage large cross-functional projects or processes with broad organizational impact.
• Lead a team that develops and executes internal IS projects; ensure currency, quality, and integrity of information.
• Provide direction on staff development, budget management, feasibility studies, delegation, and resource control.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure Architects and Security teams to align project goals with standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with and potentially lead cross-functional teams to generate solutions for complex problems.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
