Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a PMO Manager to lead large cross-functional projects and programs across the enterprise. You will develop project plans, coordinate activities, and ensure timely delivery within budget while aligning with strategic business objectives.

The role emphasizes creative problem solving, process leadership, and collaboration with Infrastructure and Security teams to apply best practices and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage large cross-functional projects or processes spanning the organization and multiple business units.
• Ensure project goals align with business objectives and monitor activities for currency, quality, and integrity of information.
• Provide direction on staff development, budgeting, feasibility studies, and resource coordination.
• Maintain productive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to ensure best practices in project goals and end-state.
