Job summary

Keenfinity Group seeks a seasoned PMO Leader to drive portfolio governance and scale project execution across Critical Communications Systems initiatives. You will mentor project managers and align programs with strategic goals, coordinating across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

The role requires strong leadership, portfolio management expertise, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Base salary appears within US ranges for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience.
• 5+ years leading major product development in hardware, firmware and software.
• PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO organization with direct supervision of Project Managers.
• Establish and maintain project management standards, governance, tools, templates, and best practices.
• Oversee portfolio alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Partner with executive leadership to prioritize projects and allocate resources.
• Develop dashboards, status reports, and portfolio governance reviews.
