Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, testing, and go-live within the PMO framework. You will work with business leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple sites.

You will develop Master Project Plans, manage budgets and resources, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential; PMP and Six Sigma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum four years of related project management experience.
• PMP certification or formal PM training preferred.
• Six Sigma/Lean Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-site projects.
• Proficient with project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from scope to go-live.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Plan and Schedule.
• Monitor budget, resources, and milestones; report performance via dashboards.
• Ensure governance and compliance with PMO methodology.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, HR.
• Provide PMO tool training and support to teams.
