Job summary

PCI Federal in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Project Manager for Scientific Programs and Executive Facilitation. The role leads high-visibility scientific and public health initiatives, briefing senior leaders and coordinating cross-agency efforts in a hybrid, on-site environment.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or higher and 10+ years guiding scientific, public health, and policy projects, with strong facilitation and executive communication skills to translate complex findings into actionable

Qualifications

• Master's degree (MPH, MBA or similar) required given scientific nature of work.
• 10+ years managing scientific, public health, and policy-related projects.
• Experience coordinating meetings with scientists, executives, and senior government stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication skills including briefing development.
• Ability to translate complex scientific content for leadership audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scientific studies, literature reviews, analyses, reports, and briefings.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, working groups, and planning sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Support scientific review and clearance processes among authors, reviewers, SMEs, and leadership.
• Prepare executive communications, including briefings, talking points, summaries, and presentations.
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Engage and brief senior executives, scientists, and cross-agency stakeholders.
• Track deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Develop project plans, communication protocols, and monthly activity reports.
• Support consensus-building across scientific, operational, and executive groups.
