Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Project Management Support SME in the Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). The role focuses on transition planning, intelligence requirements, and architecture baselines, with duties including research and guidance implementation for policy and process improvements.

This position requires portfolio and strategic planning experience, strong writing, and the ability to brief senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring and analyzing IT portfolios and programs.
• Ability to evolve Sponsor's strategic direction and priorities.
• Draft products with strong writing and grammatical skills.
• Explain complex topics to senior executives in non-technical terms.
• Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of transition planning and intelligence requirements.
• Develop architecture baselines and assist with policy guidance.
• Support business process improvements for missions, systems, and fiscal needs.
• Draft strategic roadmaps, identify risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with government clients and senior-level executives.
