Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to lead the CMO Procurement and Implementation efforts in Georgia. The role requires coordinating across IT, operations, and business processes to deliver complex multi-stakeholder projects.

You will report to a Senior Project Manager and drive schedules, risk management, and governance while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SDLC methodologies including Agile, Iterative and Waterfall.
• Strong leadership, diplomacy and motivational skills across multiple business areas.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead projects to on-time, on-schedule delivery within budget.

Responsibilities

• Support project manager with assigned PM tasks and follow leadership directives.
• Manage multiple project tasks to align with strategic objectives.
• Report on success criteria, outcomes and results metrics; manage tests and deployments.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases, including schedules and roadmaps.
• Provide status reporting on milestones, dependencies, risks and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate between technology, operations, and business process needs and enterprise initiatives.
• Identify gaps with business owners and document solutions.
• Demonstrate functional acumen to ensure client goals align with industry best practices.
• Manage project scope and changes; support vendor selection and proposals.
• Assist in developing progress reports, requirements docs, and presentations for audiences.
