Job summary

AGENCY seeks a seasoned Project Manager for the CMO Procurement and Implementation Project supporting the Georgia Families program. You will work under a Senior Project Manager, coordinating multi-stakeholder efforts, schedules, and deliverables to meet strategic objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and problem solving across technology, operations, and business processes, with a focus on governance, risk, and quality, while aligning with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in SDLC methodologies, Agile, Iterative, Waterfall.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects on-time and within budget.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support project manager with assigned tasks.
• Manage multiple project tasks daily to align with strategic objectives.
• Report on success criteria, outcomes and metrics.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans.
• Provide status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate interdependencies between projects and initiatives.
• Identify gaps and document solutions.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality adherence.
• Monitor risks and issues.
• Assist in progress reports, proposals, SOWs.
• Other duties as assigned.
