Job summary

ICF is seeking a Director, Project Management to lead a modernization program for the FDIC, coordinating data, cloud, analytics, and AI workstreams in FDIC's security environment. This remote role requires coordinating with FDIC stakeholders and delivering on time.

You will plan, sequence work, manage backlogs, monitor costs, and ensure security, traceability, and acceptance. Candidates should have federal program experience, Agile delivery, and proficiency with GitHub/Jira/ServiceNow, plus

Qualifications

Experience managing complex technology programs with multiple workstreams.
Experience applying Agile delivery practices including sprint planning and backlog management.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting.
Experience coordinating cloud, data, security, and analytics teams.
Ability to satisfy FDIC background requirements and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

Lead program planning and execution across data, cloud, analytics, AI, and operations workstreams.
Maintain integrated project plan; coordinate milestones and priorities.
Manage product backlog, requirements, and code artifacts through GitHub/Jira.
Prepare weekly status reports on cost, schedule, risks, and actions.
Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and security reviews.
