Job summary

ICF International is seeking a Director, Project Management to lead a modernization program for the FDIC, covering cloud data modernization, analytics, and AI operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver against milestones in a security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technology programs with multiple workstreams.
• Proven Agile delivery experience including sprint planning and backlogs.
• Budget, risks, and status reporting for large programs.
• Ability to translate technical issues for government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning and execution across data, cloud, analytics, and AI workstreams.
• Establish sprint plans, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Manage product backlog, requirements, and configuration baselines.
• Monitor budgets, burn rate, and cost projections with corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly status reports for FDIC stakeholders.
