Job summary

Enable is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from definition through delivery. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage scope, budget, and schedules, and deliver clear documentation and reports.

The role emphasizes process discipline, effective communication with stakeholders, and ensuring projects stay on time and on budget across Flintfox and Dynamics ERP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technical project/program management experience.
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Experience with ERP processes and implementing them.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and the implementation team.
• Ensure scope, budget and timeline are clearly understood for each engagement.
• Work with project teams to create Work Breakdown Structure.
• Develop initial project plans with project teams.
• Onboard delivery resources per project and assign tasks.
• Provide routine status reports and dashboards on project progress.
