You will lead plant accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting, providing insights to improve profitability, strengthen controls, and support strategic decisions in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting plant operations and working closely with manufacturing leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and analyze plant budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing variances.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
