Job summary

nVent is seeking a Finance professional for a key role supporting our Chattanooga, TN and Millington, MD locations. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial leadership and drive productivity. Responsibilities include enhancing financial processes and delivering analytical insights to support operational improvements across value streams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of relevant experience, and they should exhibit strong communication and analytical skills. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Operational Finance, or Corporate Finance.
• Experience with plant standard costing systems preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost and cash productivity in the plants.
• Lead and improve Excess and Obsolete analysis.
• Prepare reports on safety, quality, and cost metrics.
• Provide variance analysis of cost center spend vs budget.
