KBR's National Security Solutions team in Virginia seeks a Plans and Strategy Lead to shape long‑range operational vision and strategic direction for a Space Operations Center. You will integrate guidance, concepts, and priorities into actionable plans to meet evolving space mission demands.

The role requires advanced credentials: Master’s degree with 11+ years, or Bachelor’s with 12+ years, or no degree with 14+ years in space domain awareness and operations, plus 7 years IC/DOD planning

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree plus 11 years of relevant space domain awareness / operations experience
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 12 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise
• No Degree with 14 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise
• 7 years combined experience in IC and/or DOD exercises and planning processes
• 2 years combined relevant operations floor and/or project management experience working with other IC organizations and Combatant Commands
• Active TS/SCI with Poly required to be considered

Responsibilities

• Shapes the long‑range operational vision, strategic direction, and mission planning framework for a Space Operations Center
• Integrates strategic guidance, operational concepts, and enterprise priorities into actionable plans
• Collaborates across IC and DOD to ensure alignment and execution of plans
