Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Planning & Performance Manager to drive topline growth and provide strategic leadership to the Commercial organization. The role involves forecasting, performance analysis, and collaboration with Arca Continental Corporate to shape market direction.

The candidate will develop annual and 5-year planning strategies, quantify the commercial plan, and lead cross-functional initiatives across Supply, HR, and Finance to deliver revenue, margin, and share

Qualifications

MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
6+ years in Strategic Planning, RGM and Finance experience, preferably in consumer goods/beverages.
Strong analytical skills – ability to derive insights from data and translate into actions.
Experience creating and stewarding topline business plans.
Extensive experience with OBPPC plan development & analytics.
Advanced English language required.
Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop Business Strategy: forecast evaluation, interpretation, and performance analysis; support topline planning and pricing strategies.
Lead the annual and 5-year Planning Strategy; quantify the commercial plan and long-term initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Develop market studies and indicator analyses; design experiments and evaluate data to identify opportunities and drive revenue/margin.
