JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Planning responsible for shaping global delivery roadmap decisions for the Payments Acquiring platform. The Strategic Investments & Analytics group is responsible for driving an evolving suite of new platforms, products and services that process nearly $3 trillion in volume each year and power millions of businesses worldwide. The team owns the process for prioritizing and planning the delivery of enhancements and new solutions on the Payments Acquiring platform, as well as providing reporting and insights into the KPIs most relevant to its growth and performance. The Vice President of Strategic Planning will be a key leader within this group, shaping and facilitating global delivery roadmap decisions across key segments including e‑Commerce, Omnichannel, Small Business, and Embedded Payments & Services. Tasked with owning a comprehensive strategic planning process, you will be exceptionally structured in your thinking and day‑to‑day approach, with strong critical thinking skills and an ownership mindset.
