Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will drive implementation of strategic business initiatives and account planning for the UPLIZNA Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team. A consistent track record of project management experience in a fast-paced environment is expected as is the ability to frame decisions through compelling analytics, critical thinking, and strategic recommendations. This highly operational and analytical role will work to measure and track the impact of key account planning and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the TLL team effectively. Key to the role is support of the UPLIZNA team, including various activities required by cross-functional partners.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and sales, to develop and execute strategic plans that support UPLIZNA's brand objectives and account planning.
Impact Measurement: Measure and track the impact of key account planning activities. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of TLL initiatives and support continuous improvement.
Data Analysis: Analyze data related to TLL activities and key account planning to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the TLL team and other stakeholders.
Liaison: Collaborate with UPLIZNA Sales, Medical, Marketing, & Analytics organizations to coordinate the overall operations of strategic and tactical decision-making.
Market Insights: Gather and analyze insights from TLLs to inform the development of marketing strategies and other key initiatives. Provide feedback to internal teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
Amplify Commercial communication: Develop presentations on behalf of UPLIZNA TLLs for key constituents such as the Rare Disease Business Unit Leadership Team
Influence: Ability to drive change in a matrixed environment.

Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of operations and analytics experience; Master’s degree and 4 years of operations and analytics experience; Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of operations and analytics experience; Associate’s degree and 10 years of operations and analytics experience; High school diploma / GED and 12 years of operations and analytics experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated success in corporate strategy, or a commercial organization with industry experience; Strong analytical and data driven mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and array formulas; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience developing presentations for board-level and executive audiences; Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with executives; Track record of delivering value to the business; Experience with business intelligence tools and analytics reporting; Strong interpersonal skills.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
