Qualifications
3+ years of experience in land-use planning and project coordination.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
Computer literacy and typing speed of at least 40 words per minute required.
Responsibilities
Manage economic development and community development projects.
Update and maintain transportation planning documents.
Prepare grant applications for various projects.
Conduct demographic surveys and environmental studies.
