Job summary

Gritter Francona is seeking a Management Analyst to support senior management in aligning IT initiatives with strategic goals and business needs. You will develop strategic plans, create KPIs and roadmaps, and produce executive dashboards to drive evidence-based decisions.

The role requires strong analytical and project management skills, plus a minimum of four years of experience including VA or VHA exposure; MS Office and strategic planning tools are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align IT initiatives, operational priorities, and organizational investments with VHA strategy, mission, and business needs.
• Translate organizational strategy into measurable objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, outcomes, and actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain strategic performance frameworks, scorecards, and dashboards to monitor progress against organizational priorities and desired outcomes.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of operational, financial, project, workforce, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Integrate data from multiple organizational sources to develop comprehensive views of performance and provide leadership with timely, reliable, and actionable insights.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, briefing materials, and decision-support products that translate complex data and analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

• Maintain and manage strategic planning documentation, governance artifacts, analytical models, decision records, performance measures, and other critical artifacts.
• Develop standardized strategic planning methodologies, templates, analytical frameworks, governance processes, and reporting practices to improve consistency, transparency, and repeatability.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, portfolio reviews, workshops, and cross-functional working groups with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
