Strategic Planning Lead, Strategy & Operations, Scaled Partnerships
Scaled Partnerships ("SP") manages targeted programs that serve as the best growth engine for business critical early stage partners on priority products like Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and AI Studio. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Planning Lead to join the Strategy & Operations team in support of this work. This person will serve as a trusted advisor to Scaled Partnerships leadership and will be responsible for setting strategic direction, designing and scaling internal processes and tools to increase operational rigor, and partnering with analytics to derive business insights and drive decisions. They will work closely with Scaled Partnerships leadership, product partners, and cross functional teams including marketing, finance, human resources, etc. This person must have a highly flexible skillset to manage a range of tasks including resource planning and analysis, business goal definition, data-driven business reviews, leadership on critical projects, internal communications, and contributions to team alignment and values.

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
