Job summary

Clark Creative Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified candidate to support mission-critical planning and decision-support efforts for the NGB. The role blends planning analysis with knowledge management, coordinating contracting strategy and administrative functions for enterprise portfolios.

You will produce executive-ready information papers and briefing decks, manage workflow and version-controlled repositories, and ensure disciplined information flow for leadership products in a high-tempo

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience working with DoD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide the NGB with analysis, planning, developing, and establishing contracting strategy and administrative functions for the Enterprise Portfolio.
• Draft, coordinate, and staff Staff Decision Briefings and Staff Decision Briefing Documents for senior leadership, addressing required sections.
• Develop briefing slides and submit briefing materials to the COR via email within timelines.
• Provide Regulations and Policy Analysis Information Papers addressing NGB initiatives and policy, within agreed timelines.
• Research and draft JSPS summaries and information papers; perform comparative analysis of strategic documents.
• Co-produce working group read-aheads and executive summaries, and coordinate tasking.
