Job summary

The United Nations Foundation is seeking an Officer, Strategic Planning & Incubation in Washington, DC, on a hybrid schedule. You will manage cross-functional projects, coordinate with internal teams, and provide grants and financial management support for donor-funded initiatives.

This role requires strong planning, budgeting, and analytical skills, with oversight of timelines and compliance across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of grant management experience.
• Demonstrated budgets, grant administration, and financial management experience.
• Experience supporting strategic or business planning processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Operations and project management experience from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of grants and incubating initiatives from proposal through close-out.
• Provide financial and programmatic grants management support and donor compliance.
• Coordinate with internal partners to meet timelines and donor requirements.
• Support organizational budgeting and reporting efforts across initiatives.
