Qualifications

• Authoritative experience in strategic planning and program/portfolio management.
• Experience operating in global matrix environments and with multi-initiative portfolios.
• Ability to interact with senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
• Experience in industrial, data center, energy, or services-led organizations preferred.
• Proficient in planning, governance, project management, dashboards, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for the North America Service Business Unit.
• Coordinate inputs into strategic priorities and execution roadmaps.
• Structure plans with ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage the implementation framework from approval through execution.
• Establish governance including risk and issue management and course corrections.
• Coordinate tracking and reporting across leadership and business cycles.
• Develop executive dashboards and information to support strategic discussions.
• Engage stakeholders across functions, regions, and cultures.
