Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business planning, strategy, or analytics.
• Strong experience in performance management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization.
• Experience building executive dashboards and translating data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across strategic initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and business reviews using Power BI.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure performance against strategic objectives.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify risks and growth drivers.
• Build business cases, scenario models, and investment analyses for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align priorities.
• Develop executive presentations and communicate insights to senior leadership.
