Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a strategic planning professional to facilitate planning processes, design strategy reviews, and create communications to align cross-functional teams across the organization.

You will monitor progress of initiatives, support framework implementation, and develop change management plans. Strong facilitation, collaboration, and experience with strategy frameworks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4+ years of experience in strategic planning, business planning, business analysis, management consulting, or corporate communications.
• Familiarity with strategy and execution frameworks such as 4DX, Playing to Win, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, OGSM.
• Experience working in a strategy, business development, financial planning, or transformation office.
• Microsoft Office Applications.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and large meetings.

• Identifies and compiles analysis and insights from internal and external sources to support decision-making
• Prepares and presents reports and presentations to senior leadership
