Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a strategist for Corporate Development, Strategy and Sustainability in Denver. You will manage the strategic roadmap, support planning processes, and coordinate across PMO and functional leads to drive priority initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in strategic planning or similar environment.
• Ability to influence across levels.
• Proficient with MS Office and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update strategic planning templates and communications.
• Update strategic roadmap & assigned strategic dashboards/tracking mechanisms.
• Define strategic planning processes, priorities, capabilities, measures of success, etc.
• Coordinate with peers across the organization to develop a holistic strategic planning process.
• Identify integrations and establish contacts across the organization to align efforts and plan implementation.
• Assist with escalated issues on priorities, goals, strategies, resources and key initiatives.
• Prepare presentations for delivery to specific audiences.
